ABOUT
Water is an original mixed-media piece I created during a time when I needed to feel steadiness inside my own skin. Working with layers of blue, white, gray, and flashes of silver, I let the movement guide me—fluid in some areas, pulled tight in others—until it started to feel like the emotional tide I’ve ridden my whole life. The piece carries both the calm and the churn, the clarity and the unknown. In it, I see myself learning how to breathe again, how to trust the rhythm beneath everything, and how to let what rises move through me without fear.
