Threads of Connection
Connection & Belonging | Saturday, 1–3 PM
“We do not have to be alike to create something meaningful together.”
Connection can begin with a shared experience. Participants will explore how individual colors, shapes, and ideas can come together while retaining their own distinct character. Independent and collaborative artmaking will both be encouraged.
Creative invitation: Individual mixed-media pieces with an optional collaborative composition.
What to Expect
Explore individuality, belonging, and the connections that develop through shared creative experiences.
This free, artist-led gathering at ArtFusion in St. Louis combines music, reflection, and collaborative artmaking. Participants will experiment with color, texture, and mixed-media materials to create individual artwork, with an optional opportunity to contribute to a shared composition.
No artistic experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and participants are welcome to work independently or alongside others.
