Daily Meditation

September 12th

I am grateful for the abundance in my life.

Abundance feels less like something I can hold in my hands and more like a current running through me, an undercurrent I sometimes forget to notice until I slow down. It isn’t measured in what I own but in the overflow of moments—conversations that linger, quiet mornings when the light feels infinite, the way resilience keeps rising even after I’ve fallen. Abundance is the reminder that emptiness can still carry possibility, that loss can carve space for something new to enter. When I choose to see my life through this lens, I realize I am not lacking but layered, surrounded by more than enough if I am willing to look beyond what is tangible.
