Daily Meditation for February 1
I am deserving of all the good that life has to offer.
For a long time, I questioned this. I measured my worth by what I endured, by how much I gave, by how well I survived what tried to undo me. Somewhere along the way, I learned to believe that goodness had to be earned through suffering. I am gently unlearning that now.
I do not need to prove myself to receive joy. I do not need to be perfect to be worthy of ease, love, or abundance. The simple fact of being here, of continuing, of choosing to live with intention, is enough.
Today, I allow myself to receive without guilt. I open my hands to what wants to find me. I trust that good things are not a reward, but a natural part of a life lived honestly and with heart.
