Daily Meditation for February 18

I trust my own creative energy.

I trust my own creative energy. I feel it moving through me like a low, steady hum, something ancient and familiar, something that has always known my name. It does not demand. It invites.

I stop arguing with it. I stop asking for proof. I let its rhythm set the pace of my hands, my thoughts, my breath.

What I carry is enough. What I imagine is worth listening to. In this trust, creativity opens wider, and I meet myself there, calm, willing, and alive.
