Daily Meditation for June 15
I am capable of rebuilding, even after seasons that seemed to dismantle me completely.
REFLECTION
There are times in life when loss, grief, illness, disappointment, or change can leave us feeling fractured and uncertain of who we are. In those moments, it may seem as though everything familiar has been stripped away. Yet rebuilding does not require returning to who we once were. Today is an invitation to trust that new strength, wisdom, and purpose can emerge from the very experiences that once threatened to break us.
WRITE
Reflect on a season of your life that changed you profoundly.
What was dismantled during that time, and what eventually began to take its place? Consider the ways you have rebuilt, adapted, or grown since then, even if the process was slow, imperfect, or difficult to recognize while it was happening.
CREATE
Create a visual representation of rebuilding.
Consider imagery such as a phoenix rising, a structure being restored, a forest regrowing after a fire, repaired pottery, a bridge under construction, or roots finding new ground. How can your artwork express the resilience and courage required to begin again after hardship?
LISTEN
Choose a song that reminds you of resilience, recovery, or renewal.
As you listen, notice what memories, emotions, or reflections arise. How does the music honor both what you have endured and what you have become as a result?
