Daily Meditation for June 20

I am allowed to change my mind as I grow into deeper understanding.

REFLECTION

Growth often requires us to revise what we once believed about ourselves, other people, and the world around us. New experiences, knowledge, and perspectives can reveal truths that were previously hidden from view. Today is an invitation to recognize that changing your mind is not a sign of inconsistency or weakness, but evidence of learning, curiosity, and a willingness to evolve.

WRITE

Reflect on a belief, opinion, or assumption that has changed over the course of your life.

What influenced that transformation? How did it feel to let go of an old perspective and embrace a new one? Consider how remaining open to growth has shaped your relationships, values, or understanding of yourself.

CREATE

Create a visual representation of changing perspective.

Consider imagery such as a winding road, a prism refracting light, an unfolding map, shifting horizons, an open window, or a spiral that continually expands outward. How can your artwork express the beauty of seeing something differently as you gain greater understanding?

LISTEN

Choose a song that inspires curiosity, reflection, or personal growth.

As you listen, notice what emotions, memories, or insights arise. How does the music remind you that wisdom often comes from remaining open to change?

SHARE

If you would like to participate in the Creative Meditation Project, share a reflection, journal entry, poem, photograph, playlist, or artwork inspired by today's meditation.

What is something you understand differently today than you did a year, five years, or ten years ago?
