Daily Meditation for May 2

Even the smallest act of self-trust changes the direction of my life.

REFLECTION

Self-trust grows in the quiet moments when we choose to honor our own voice instead of our fear.

WRITE

Reflect on a time when you trusted yourself, even when the outcome was uncertain.

What choice did you make? What fears did you have to overcome? How did that experience shape your relationship with yourself, and where might you be called to trust yourself more fully today?

CREATE

Create a visual representation of trust.

Consider what colors, shapes, symbols, or images come to mind when you think about confidence, intuition, courage, and inner wisdom. Does your image represent moving forward through trust rather than certainty?

LISTEN

Choose a song that reminds you of your own strength, resilience, or ability to navigate uncertainty.

As you listen, pay attention to the lyrics, emotions, and memories that arise. How does the music reflect your personal journey of learning to trust yourself?

SHARE

If you would like to participate in the Creative Meditation Project, share a reflection, journal entry, poem, photograph, playlist, or artwork inspired by today's meditation.

What is one small act of self-trust you can practice today?
