Daily Meditation for November 26th

I notice how easily I hold onto worries, old patterns, and thoughts that weigh me down. Letting them go can feel difficult, but each time I do, I create space—space for lightness, hope, and the quiet warmth that positivity brings. Welcoming what feels good and supportive is not indulgence but an act of care. With each breath, I open a little more to what I want to carry forward and leave behind what no longer serves me.
