Daily Meditation for September 28

I can honor how far I have come without pretending the journey has been easy.

REFLECTION

Growth does not erase what it took to arrive where you are. We carry evidence of our experiences in the ways we think, respond, love, and protect ourselves. Today, consider how much of your journey has been shaped by circumstances you never anticipated, and how much strength it took simply to continue.

WRITE

Think about a version of yourself from five or ten years ago.

What would that person recognize in you today? What have you learned to accept, and what are you still learning to understand?

CREATE

Find an old photograph, a piece of writing, or an object that reminds you of an earlier chapter of your life.

Use it as inspiration for a visual reflection on change. Consider what has remained, what has disappeared, and what has emerged in its place.

LISTEN

Choose a song that connects you to a particular period of your life.

As you listen, notice how your relationship with that memory has changed. What do you hear or understand differently today?

SHARE

If you would like to participate, share a reflection, writing, photograph, playlist, or artwork inspired by today's meditation.

What part of your journey deserves acknowledgment, even if you are still making peace with it?
