See the lessons like quiet lights along the path, each one shaping who you are. Feel gratitude for the strength you didn’t know you had, for the moments that taught you patience, resilience, and compassion. Let yourself rest in the knowing that every step, even the painful ones, has brought you here. Stay with that feeling of gentle appreciation for a few breaths, letting it fill you completely.
