Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible

  • Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after I receive the returned item

For exchanges, I’ll work with you to select a replacement item of equal value. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
