"Abstraction 072123" Original Hand Drawn Pastel on Paper 8Hx10Wx1.5D by Erin McGrath Rieke

$320.00

ABOUT

Created in a moment of surrender to nature’s quiet embrace, this abstract pastel on archival paper by Erin McGrath Rieke captures the energy of the woods alongside the emotional currents that run through her body of work. Born from initial resistance, the piece took shape as golden sunlight poured through the windows, softening the artist’s edges and inviting the stillness of the forest to guide her. Each mark became a release—an instinctive expression of freedom drawn from the earth and the crisp air that surrounded her. Like the woods themselves, this work holds space for reflection and transformation, offering an unspoken language of feeling translated through color and form.
