ABOUT
Exposed is a raw and evocative mixed media piece I created from upcycled art paper, transformed into a visceral meditation on womanhood and purpose. Stripped of identity beyond her bare breasts, the faceless, bodiless form confronts not only the viewer but also me, asking whether women are valued for more than entertainment in a world shaped by the dominant species. Layers of texture and emotion bleed through the composition, reflecting my own vulnerability and defiance. This work is both a critique and a reclamation, a visual demand to reconsider the roles imposed on women and the space we are allowed to occupy beyond the gaze.
