So Much Left Unsaid
ABOUT
So Much Left Unsaid (2023) is a 48x48 mixed media work on canvas that I created by weaving together fragments of musical scores, personal journal entries, literary texts, and repurposed original artworks into a richly layered meditation on grief and memory. Through this interplay of elements, I tried to channel the complexities of loss, the weight of unspoken emotions, and the fragmented nature of remembrance. This piece became both deeply personal and universally resonant for me—an exploration of everything that lingers in the silence after profound sorrow. In confronting what is too often left unsaid, I found that fragmented memories and scattered voices could form their own narrative of resilience and healing. So Much Left Unsaid invites you to sit with the delicate tension between absence and presence, and to reflect on the ways pain, love, and memory intertwine in the ongoing process of mourning and self-reclamation.
