Daily Meditation for May 25

There is still light inside me, even on the days I cannot immediately feel it.

REFLECTION

There are days when hope feels distant, confidence feels fragile, or the weight of life makes it difficult to recognize our own strength. Yet our inner light does not disappear simply because it becomes obscured by exhaustion, grief, fear, or uncertainty. Today is an invitation to trust that your resilience, wisdom, and capacity for healing remain present, even when they are temporarily hidden from view.

WRITE

Reflect on a time when you felt disconnected from your own strength or sense of hope.

What helped you find your way forward? What reminders, people, practices, or experiences helped you reconnect with the parts of yourself that remained intact even during difficult seasons?

CREATE

Create a visual representation of light emerging from darkness.

Consider imagery such as a candle, a lantern, stars, a sunrise, a lighthouse, sunlight through clouds, or anything that symbolizes hope and endurance. How can your artwork express the idea that light continues to exist even when it is not immediately visible?

LISTEN

Choose a song that reminds you of resilience, hope, or your ability to persevere through difficult times.

As you listen, notice what emotions, memories, or reflections arise. How does the music help you reconnect with the light that remains within you?
