Daily Meditation for May 26
I am capable of beginning as many times as necessary.
REFLECTION
Life rarely unfolds in a straight line. We change directions, recover from setbacks, revisit old lessons, and find ourselves standing at unexpected starting points. Today is an invitation to release the belief that beginning again is a sign of failure and instead recognize it as evidence of courage, resilience, and a continued willingness to grow.
WRITE
Reflect on a time when you had to begin again.
What circumstances led you to that new beginning? What fears, hopes, or lessons accompanied the process? Consider how that experience shaped the person you are today and what it taught you about your capacity to adapt and persevere.
CREATE
Create a visual representation of a new beginning.
Consider imagery such as a sunrise, a blank page, a seed breaking open, a newly formed path, an open door, or the first bloom of spring. How can your artwork capture the possibility, uncertainty, and hope that often accompany fresh starts?
LISTEN
Choose a song that reminds you of resilience, renewal, or the courage to start over.
As you listen, notice what emotions, memories, or aspirations arise. How does the music encourage you to embrace change and trust yourself through periods of transition?
