Daily Meditation for July 23rd

Daily Meditation

July 23

I am grateful for the abundance in my life.

Abundance doesn’t always arrive wrapped in achievement or material gain. Sometimes it whispers. Sometimes abundance is the morning light slowly cascading across the floor and  the way my breath steadies when I remember I am safe.

There was a time I considered abundance equivalent with excess. But in the stillness, I don’t feel abundance in more money or recognition. I’ve come to understand that abundance is presence. It’s a full refrigerator. A laugh that makes you cry. A second chance. A soft place to land. It’s knowing I am loved, even when I don’t feel particularly lovable.

Gratitude helps me see that I am not empty. I am full. Life is full. And even on the days that feel hollow, the possibility of fullness remains.

I return to the quiet truth that I am already living in abundance. I am grateful.
