July 24

Each day is filled with new opportunities to learn and grow.

Life is always trying to teach me. Unfortunately growth often manifests in small irritations to me like a sudden change of plans or small talk at a party. But then there are moments when I have a shift in perspective, and breathe deeply in the moment gaining new perspectives. Forwards. Backwards. Always moving.

I’m a dramatic person, so I want things to feel obvious. I like progress I can measure. But life rarely works like that. Most of it happens slowly, beneath the surface.

So I’ll try to stay open. I’ll trust that even the hard moments have something to offer.

Learning doesn’t require perfection. It only asks that I show up.
