Daily Meditation for September 21st

Daily Meditation

September 21

I choose to focus on what I can control and let go of the rest.

The things I cannot change—the past, the opinions of others, the twists of circumstance—are heavy only if I hold them. By turning my attention to what I can shape, what I can act on, I feel a quiet clarity settling in. Letting go is not giving up; it is making space, softening my grip, and trusting that I do not need to carry everything at once. There is relief, even freedom, in releasing what is beyond me and grounding myself in what I can truly influence.
