Daily Meditation for October 10
My sensitivity is not a weakness that needs to be corrected.
Daily Meditation for October 9
I can miss someone without reopening the door they harmed me through.
Daily Meditation for October 8
The life I want is built through small decisions repeated with care.
Bauble Time
Holiday Baubles begin with recycled paints, simple craft ornaments, and a meditative pouring process shaped by color, gravity, and chance. The excess paint is captured on old art paper, layered into organic works, then repurposed again into gratitude cards containing small fragments of original art.
The Art of Staying
September has always carried the weight of memory for me. Eleven years after surviving an overdose, I spent the month reflecting on suicide prevention, recovery, sobriety, and the ordinary decisions that have slowly built a life I once could not imagine. The Art of Staying became both a public campaign and a private reckoning with what it means to still be here.
Daily Meditation for October 7
I release the need to explain every boundary I choose to keep.
