We gather this quarter to notice the quiet work of survival. To see what has been carried in silence and to speak only as much as we are ready. The group is not about explanation or performance. It is about presence, about being counted in the small ways that matter, about recognizing the stories we hold in our bodies and the ways our voices emerge when they are finally heard. Each month, we come together in conversation, in listening, and in reflection, leaving the space a little lighter, a little stronger, and more fully ourselves.

RedBike Outreach is an entirely volunteer-driven organization that delivers meals, supplies, and care directly to people experiencing homelessness in St. Louis. Each week, volunteers meet immediate needs with compassion and respect, creating moments of connection and affirming the dignity of every person they encounter.
