RedBike Outreach is a St. Louis-based grassroots organization dedicated to providing emergency services and compassionate support to the unhoused population within St. Louis City. Grounded in dignity, equity, and human connection, RedBike Outreach meets people where they are—on the streets, in encampments, and in transitional spaces—offering essential resources such as food, water, clothing, hygiene supplies, harm reduction tools, and crisis support.

More than just a service provider, RedBike operates with a trauma-informed lens and a deep belief in the worth of every individual it serves. Our name comes from the idea of a “RedBike Moment”—a transformative turning point sparked by hardship, where forward motion begins again. Through consistent presence and relational care, RedBike aims to not only meet urgent needs but also restore hope, rebuild trust, and reconnect people to their humanity.
