Week Two: Flow and Release

This session centers on letting go. We soften the grip of thought and expectation and allow the body and imagination to lead. The experience is structured, simple, and accessible to everyone.

We begin with a brief welcome and grounding introduction, followed by a short reading of the day’s meditation. Participants are then guided through a gentle body scan to settle into breath, sensation, and presence. From there, the directive for creative expression is introduced.

The creative portion is not about skill or performance. It often takes the form of a writing prompt or a mark-making exercise, inviting words, lines, shapes, or gestures to emerge naturally. There is no right way to do this. No artistic or creative writing background is needed. This work is about meditative processing, not producing something polished.

Throughout the exercise, a carefully chosen music selection supports the rhythm of flow and release, helping participants stay connected to intuition rather than analysis. The page becomes a place to follow movement rather than control it, trusting what wants to arrive.

We close with a brief, optional group share for those who wish to reflect aloud. Listening is as valued as speaking. Sharing is never required. The session ends quietly, with space for integration and calm departure.

The intention is simple: to witness what moves through when we stop trying to direct it.
