I release all negativity and welcome positivity into my life.
I release all negativity and welcome positivity into my life. I feel the weight of old worries and doubts, and I let them fall away, one by one, like leaves drifting from a tree in autumn. I do not push them forcefully, but I allow them to leave gently, noticing the space they leave behind.
Into that space, I breathe in lightness, gratitude, and calm. I welcome thoughts that lift rather than pull me down, actions that nourish rather than drain. Each small moment of positivity feels like a quiet ripple that spreads outward, touching other parts of my day, my mind, and my heart.
I trust that by opening myself, I am inviting growth, joy, and clarity. I am ready to receive, to feel, and to live in the warmth of what supports me. And in this letting go and welcoming, I remember that peace is not somewhere I must chaseāit is already here, waiting inside me.
